Your booking has been received and is pending confirmation. You will be notified by email once your reservation is confirmed. If the rooms/beds are overbooked or temporarily out of service, you will be notified by email as well. This page does not refer to a successful booking.
Our office hours are from 10:00AM to 3:00PM (NZ local time).
Confirmation will only be processed during office hours and you will receive confirmation email within 72 hours. If you booked reservation after office hours, your reservation would not be processed until next working day. Please avoid placing an emergent booking at our website.
